I am writing to express my thoughts that Congress should change the rules to allow all investors to be equal on investment choices, and not raise the requirement of accredited investors. It is my belief that a system that limits investor choices based on a level of wealth in discriminatory. Why are lower-net-worth investors less intelligent and deserve fewer investment options than the rich? I urge you to NOT raise the the minimum net worth of investors to invest in private funds but too create a fair playing field for all investors.

Sincerely,

Hal Yeager
