The SEC should not restrict investment choices available to all Americans on the basis of net worth.

To put it another way, 100% of all persons subject to the laws and regulations of the SEC and any other branch of the U.S. Government who have a net worth greater than zero ($0.00) should be allowed to invest in the class of investments known as "hedge" funds.
