Hello,

I've heard about the possible increase in requirements as an accredited investor for hedge funds. I disagree with the increase and feel that all Americans should have access to hedge funds. I feel its discriminating to eliminate "poor" people based on an assumption they are not sophisticated enough to invest. I'm 25 years old and do not have 1 million (let alone 2.5 million) dollars to invest. I understand I wouldn't want to put my entire portfolio into hedge funds, but I would like to have the option. It's on the basic principle of choice that I argue.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

Kevin Mack
