If and when we (US) gets a regulated Bitcoin ETF this will help protect investors from investing/speculating on or in crypto-assets from unscrupulous sources where people can get scammed.
Besides, if Canada and other South and Central American countries can offer this product to their citizens (which they are doing) then we (US) should not take for granted that our citizens will take advantage of this jurisdictional arbitration.
