Please do not change rules on buying leveraged and inverse funds. I understand that the fund that I am invested in is a leveraged fund and over last few years has gone up and down quite a bit. I use this fund as part of a mix of funds ranging from risky to conservative. So having ability to buy into all kind of funds provides me a good way to diversify my investment.
