I strongly believe the proposed regulations on leveraged ETF's is only further restricting the general populous to be able to pull out from hard times and be able to potentially make a ROI. This only creates a greater divide between the 1% and the 99% and is in no way acceptable. you cant just take away all means of cash flow from the general populous and put it into the 1% hands. this is outrageous and all of the officials taking part in this regulation should be fired immediately as you all know what you are doing, to prevent the general populous to profit from the major swings in the stock market coming ahead. you all should be ashamed of yourselves.
