In regards to the SEC limiting or eliminating leveraged and inverse funds - Please leave individual investors alone and allow people to enjoy there god given liberties and pursue their own happiness. Many individual investors such as myself and many of my friends are average people pursuing and obtaining the American dream through market investing. Leveraged and inverse funds and similar investments are part of the ingredient in obtaining our goals.
DO NOT make this type of investing limited to only "Qualified Investors" Those kind of rules only make the rich richer and lock out other hard working Americans from having their chance.
