I am in favor of the market offering 'accelerated slope' index funds. The stock market is about rewarding people who do their research and their homework, and punishes people who do not. It makes no difference whether you are thinking Kraft Heinz is undervalued or you think the whole of the NASDAQ is going to go down. Free market capitalism is the only way for the USA to be itself. I would ask the US Government to back off making people jump through hoops in any additional way to buy leveraged and inverse funds. I would ask the US Government to 'give us enough rope to hang ourselves'.
