Dear Sir/Madam:

I believe in the fundamental principle that every investor should have the freedom to invest in securities sold on the US Stock Exchanges as he/she desires, without any constraints on that right due a perceived lack of experience, knowledge, peer contact, social privileges, wealth, class, professional contact or level of education. America is filled with many diverse people of unwavering and equally diverse talents that speaks to an entrepreneurial spirit and the will to overcome any obstacle and achieve heights unimaginable. You should not put in place obstacles to prevent a free man from pursuing his or her dream. Nor should you direct that a free mans dream be put in the hands of another man, whoever that may be, for the latter will not have the former passion or undivided attention to success. Let America remain free to buy or sell shares as they see fit
