I use inverse/leveraged ETFs to protect my portfolio. Without them I would be forced to buy expensive options which usually expire worthless. These ETFs are less expensive and much less risky than options. They do not expire. Making it more difficult to purchase these products would hurt the small investors the most. Thank you.
