WHY would you TAKE AWAY MY ABILITY to receive a BETTER return if I want to take the extra risk???? By investing in leveraged and inverse funds as I have in these funds I was able to RETIRE at 57 and put my 4 children through Private High School and to pay for ALL their college educations all of which graduated and are also investing in these funds.
I am CAPABLE of understanding the performance characteristics of these funds as well as other funds and stocks available on the market, and would NOT want anyone telling me that I could not put MY money WHERE I would want to invest and preventing me from prospering by investing in them.
There is NO NEED to disrupt the long-standing free public markets where I HAVE the ability to purchase public securities WITHOUT additional government-imposed LIMITATIONS on MY CHOICES.
Your considerations on this subject would be GREATLY appreciated.
