Regarding SEC proposal, I am very disturbed that government is trying to impose restriction or limitation on investors' choice of how to enhance return or mitigate risks regarding investment. Given that people have the rights of choosing their own careers, and how they earn a living. SEC should understand that people also have their rights of how to spend their money and how they invest. We don't need any third party to dictate how we invest our money. Anyone adult can read the prospectus. Please stop this proposal. Appreciated.
