I am shocked to learn that such a measure is proposed This represents a considerable loss in our rights and freedoms with regard to our investments I am aware of the characteristics that leveraged or inverse fund can offer. They are important in the sense that they allow me to protect or increase the returns on my portfolio. I don't need a third party to interfere with my investments. To preserve our freedom to buy and sell the securities of our choice without additional government restrictions, please abandon the SEC's proposal.
