I strongly suggest that you NOT adopt new regulations requiring brokerage firms from discouraging investors from investing in inverse funds.
Trying to micro manage people and otherwise protect them from what regulators consider risky investments is just wrong at every level.
Who is to say what is risky versus conservative? The current state of our economy is a superior example. Lets defeat this regulation.
