I am the sole manager of my financial and investment accounts.
If the proposed regulations to limit trading leveraged and inverse funds are adopted I will have a much harder time making a profit in the market, especially in a down market. I and many other people don't need somebody else telling us what we can and cant buy or sell. It is hard enough to make a profit without the government telling me what I can buy and sell.
Request you disapprove any attempt to limit my investment choices.
