The current information about Leveraged ETF's is easy
to obtain through the Internet the Brokerage of anybody's account.
Although, ProShares Direxion very visibly advertise that these funds are intended for day trading, I have found there is no problem with holding them for much longer periods. All it takes for success is to assess if the economy the market segment you have picked, may be in a reasonably favorable period. If that seems to not be the case, then avoid the leveraged funds.

This proposal seems to me to be over regulation and doesn't fit the investing makets that the United States has had for a long time.
