I have used leveraged/inverse funds as part of my portfolio management for 30 years. I think that taking this option away, or requiring me to provide extensive information is an invasion of my privacy. A person should only have to be aware of the risks involved, and sign or esign a document stating that they have read anf understand the risks (which is already the case). Please do not take this investment option from me.
