I just received a proshares semiannual report (November 30) and An annual report (dec 31). In it, I see a letter about the SEC regulation. I wonder why it took so long to get the reports. I want to comment but the letter says comments closed March 24. Are they closed? I have a lot to say as I understand the daily reset risk and the inability to track the underlying over the long term or in periods of high volatility. Yet I rely on these extensively and prudently in my retirement account. Please let me know if its not too late to send more details about my support for these products and please keep my informed about developments. Thank you
