Gentlemen:
Below are my beliefs that the proposal should not be adopted:
1. I have invested in leveraged and inverse funds for so many years and I have never had any problem with these types of funds.
2. I believe that they are important for me when the general market goes down to protect my portfolio.
3. I believe that i know these funds characteristics and do not need or want a third party to evaluate my capability to invest in these funds.
4. I do not believe in limitation. I believe in freedom. There are always two sides of a coin. I believe that there should be leveraged and inverse funds for any investor who is willing to learn in order to take advantage of the situation when the market goes down in order to protect his portfolio and retirement to be less dependent on our government.
For the above reasons, I respectfully request your reconsideration on the proposal. Your attention to this crucial matter is greatly appreciated.
