The proposal to provide extensive financial information, is not necessary, and may hurt my ability to trade these types of shares, which I currently own. This would be an unprecedented move on the part of the SEC, and would be bad for the average investor. Please do not do this, as there does not seem to be a good reason put forth to implement such a rule.
