I wish to express my disapproval of the SEC's proposal to impose unreasonable qualification requirements for investing in inverse and leveraged mutual funds. I do not need the SEC to babysit my investment decisions. I am investing my own money and would appreciate very much that the SEC stay out of my decisions on where to invest it.
