It is my right as an informed investor to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. Who on earth at the SEC came up with the idiot idea to prohibit me from using these vehicles to make money? The President needs to know about this because he would not tolerated this type of stupidity Please reconsider this poorly constructed regulation.
