To who this may concer: Leveraged and inverse funds buying are important to me. They allow me to seek enhanced returns. I use is them as an insurance protection most of the time. I understand how leveraged works and inverse fund investment and their performance characteristic risk. Like I have said, I use them as protection in my investment style. Please, I do not want a third-party evaluating my capability to do so and preventing me from buying them. I want to preserve the long free public markets where I have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitation on my decision.
