Dear sir/madam:
I have been investing in leveraged funds for some time and I believe I understand their workings. I use them to seek enhanced returns and/or protection for my portfolio in directional or turbulent markets. In that I have been exercising my freedom of choice in our free public markets. It will be unnecessary burden for me to be evaluated before choosing my investments which have been working for me for a long time. Thus, I would not want any further evaluation by any third party or any imposed regulation which will be a waste of time for many people including myself and could lead me to limit my free decisions in our public markets.
