pre-qualifications to invest in ETFs stifles the rights and abilities of the individual. While I'm absolutely sure the large brokerage firms would prefer to have this access cutoff and continue to sell prepackaged sub standard permanence funds, it is not in the best interest of the investors who wish to manage their own future. There already too many restrictions on what an individual can do to manage and grow their individual retirements already. DO NOT impose more
