Dear SEC,
I am against the proposed regulations for the following reasons:
1) I use and lean on leveraged and inverse funds in my portfolio. It helps me to hedge and enhance my investments.
2) I, as a lay investor, understand leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and DO NOT want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and preventing me from buying them.
3) I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
Thank you for carefully considering this and many other investors opinions on this matter.
