I am an experienced and aggressive investor. I am aware of the risk involved in investing in ProShares funds but I appreciate the enhanced returns which I have enjoyed for many years.
Investing, by its nature, involves risk and I do not need or want additional regulatory restrictions that restrict or delay my access to these funds.
