I am a private investor with over 30 years experience and a sizeable portfolio of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. I use ProShares leveraged and inverse funds to both enhance and protect my portfolio. I do NOT want any interference or more SEC regulations that would hinder my access to these funds. My broker - Fidelity - already knows enough about me.
