Regarding your Release No. 34-87607, I have been investing in stocks and bonds for nearly 50 years. While I've had winners and losers, the freedom to choose the investments we like is a critical part of the investment process. While leveraged funds may have more risk, they also have the corresponding increased reward. Inverse funds are very important to people who want to hedge their other investments. Things have been working well for these last 50 years and I personally think added regulations are unnecessary, and will make investing for the little guy more complicated. I don't see why the opportunity to invest in these funds should be limited to the wealthy or those who can comply with complicated new regulations. Please, if it ain't broke, don't break it. Things are fine the way they are.
