My current investment strategy is reliant on leveraged funds. Removal or hindrance of my ability to access such funds will be a critical blow to my current financial plan for my family and I. I understand the risks of leveraged funds and choose my investment strategies in accordance with these risks. To institute the proposed changes will be an offense to the longstanding history of free market access without additional government imposed regulations. Causing investment decisions to be subject to the evaluation of a third party would be an atrocious precedent to set and mar the proud history of freedom of choice for investors.
