I do not want governmental third party entities determining the type of investments I or my financial advisor can make regarding my investment goals. I have spent many years and hours educating myself on proper investing. For best results, many opportunities need to be available in the open market so investors can achieve their desired goals. Free public markets should be FREE from additional government interferenc and third party entities evaluating my capabilities to invest.
