I am a former stock brokerage rep with Series 6, 7, etc. registrations and a former CFP. I gave up these certifications voluntarily to pursue a career in project management. It is the height of arrogance and tyranny to prohibit anyone to buy or sell whatever security they want. The US Constitution prescribes liberty, not a Nanny State. Shame on the SEC for even considering repealing people's PROPERTY RIGHTS.
