I don't understand why you would propose I need permission to use leveraged or inverse funds. I have been using such instruments for years and am aware of the risks. I don't need big brother (mamma) to oversee me and by your action, protect me. We all have to be accountable for our individual actions. If we trade, you must assume we are mature enough to be responsible for our decisions. Thanks for your consideration.
