I STRONGLY object to proposed rule #S7-24-15. As an individual investor, the ability to buy inverse funds is critical to protecting the portfolio that I depend on for my retirement. Obviously there are risks with both leveraged and inverse funds, just as there are with any investment, but the proposed regulations are onerous and unfair. I hope you will reconsider and continue to allow individuals to make their own choices. Thank you.
