I am deeply concerned with this potential to increase the difficulty to invest in leveraged and inverse ETFs. ETFs are an incredible alternative to mutual funds. I was a bit late in growing my retirement funds and am now using leveraged funds as a catch up strategy. I do feel they are much safer than options and are a very important aspect of my investing strategies. They allow for much more rapid growth with increased versatility over mutual funds. PLEASE LEAVE THEM ALONE
