I have been successfully investing in leveraged ETFs for ten years. I fully understand how they work. I do not now need a third party evaluating my ability to continue or preventing me from investing in them. These funds are an important part of my portfolio and financial plan. I do not need government imposed restrictions on my investing decisions.
