I am 100% against the Proposal
Leveraged funds have successfully been a key part of my investment strategy and I am counting on them continuing to be so in the future. I have researched leveraged funds and understand the risk, which I have my own method for mitigating outside of leveraged funds.
I dont want a third party evaluating my capability to choose how I invest my funds. What next will I need to be evaluated before purchasing a property? Risk/reward tolerance should be up to the individual.
I feel that the proposal goes against the tenets of a free market system. I want to retain my freedom to purchase leveraged funds without any government or third-party interference.
