Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. I understand their performance and characteristics, don't want third party to evaluate my capability to do so and prevent me from buying and selling them. I want the current freedom to buy and sell without limitation and burdens to quality. Adding regulations to this free market will benefit no one. I strongly object the any new regulations on inverse and leveraged funds.
