The SEC needs to stop being a protector. People can make their own decisions, and some of these decisions will be good, and some will be bad. That is life. It is OK to warn people of the risks, but stop this government over reach. Leveraged and inverse funds and ETF's are important investment choice to me. Don't make it difficult to invest in these funds and ETF's. Thank you.
