When something is working and working well, it should be left alone. Rather than trying to make things unnecessarily more complicated you should practice KISS. If anything you should be looking to remove burdensome and unnecessary regulations. The system as it is is just fine, please leave it alone. Our President, Donald Trump has recognized the problems with continually adding regulations in our government, which ultimately have been to the detriment of our country and it's people. This would also be one more unnecessary regulation and complication that adds no value. Please keep it as it is
