I make extensive use of leveraged and inverse funds in my portfolio. I would hate to see any barriers placed on my continued ability to utilize these funds. I don't need a third party (SEC) to set restrictions on my ability to deploy these funds in my investing decisions. Let's not place any further barriers to using leveraged and inverse funds.
