From my understanding this proposal will make it hard or impossible to buy into leveraged or inverse funds for a small traders as myself. Please know that these funds are important to protect my portfolio. I enjoy using them when the necessity arises. I believe that all trades should be allowed for all investors and with a little research most investors understand how these funds work to best suit their needs.
