To the SEC,

I recently became aware that the SEC is proposing to constrict access to leveraged and inverse funds by requiring a complicating qualification process for buyers. Access to these funds is essential to my investment strategy and as an individual investor I protest changes that may limit my access and opportunity to purchase and sell these funds. I believe the SEC must demonstrate why access to these funds should be singled out by the restriction of a qualification process. Every investment market and fund is accompanied with risk - risk that investors choose to make. Why are these funds being singled out? I am writing this and signing my name in protest of the SEC proposed change which would limit my freedom to buy and sell these funds.
