I have bought and sold and held leveraged and inverse funds during much of the past 14 years. I know the risks involved, and I frequently use them as a hedge to reduce my risk. At times, of course, greater risk brings greater reward. That's what the market is all about. I believe it would be wrong for the U.S.A. to impose prohibitions or any more severe restrictions on the trading of leveraged and/or inverse funds by regular individual traders and investors. Let's keep America free, and please don't take away our choices and opportunities.
