I have been making my own investment decisions for over 20 years and do not need any new layers of regulations impeding my investment decisions, or access to the maket. This is exactly the time when we DO NOT need government interference in the markets. It always amazes me that most professionals believe in a true "open market" until they realize billionaires could be affected. Let the market work, it's what our Capitalistic system is based on. There is no need for new rules (regulations). Let the "market" work.
