Dear SEC Decision Makers - Please do not limit or remove my ability to purchase these funds. I am a simple everyday person just trying to invest wisely to save for a retirement for my wife and I. I invest $25 to $50 a month in a small stock purchase effort to try and grow a small portfolio to hopefully reach a good investment amount at retirement. I am very concerned that I will not have enough money to retire.
My stock investments, as the market flows, go up and down daily. These funds give me some safety as the market goes down. Proportionally I lose more than I gain. I own about 2-4 shares of each of 3-4 funds in the slimmest of hopes that one or two grow large enough to make my investment payoff.
In short, I am a regular Dad just concerned that I cannot retire in 12-15 years. I am very thankful that I have a chance to have access to these funds, because normally the institutions and insiders do causing the rich to get richer, and me to get poorer.
