I do my own research and track approximately 100 funds to invest in. I accept responsibility for my decisions and actions like when I held K-Mart and GM stocks (the one hundred year car company) which both went bankrupt and cost me dearly. Those are risks I accept and do not need the SEC to decide which funds should be available to me or to any investors. We investors should bear the risk as well as reap the rewards of our investment decisions.
