I oppose the proposed regulations. I have been a successful, independent investor in inverse or leveraged funds as well as options.
These types of leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and they allow me to seek better returns.
I'm fully capable of understanding these types of funds. I don't need others to evaluate my capabilities or prevent me from buying these funds as I decide.
I adamantly wish to preserve the free markets that I enjoy and my freedom to invest as I choose without any additional government involvement or imposed limitations on my free choices.
