Dear Sir or Madam,

While I appreciate your intent to protect the uniformed customer from falling for overpriced investment options, I consider your current curtailing in trading leveraged and inverse funds an attack on my privacy.

I would support any legislation enforcing full disclosure of risks when trading derivatives and whatever warning you consider necessary. However, my right to invest in a certain products cannot be determined by a third party I would consider it unacceptable if any third party denies me the right to buy a certain investment product because I lack experience/knowledge/or whatever criteria they deem necessary.

I also find it unacceptable breach of my privacy should I be forced to surrender private information to any third party to qualify for buying certain investment products.
