Dear SEC,

Sir or Madam: I believe it is incorrect for you to limit the ability of or totally prevent investors from buying leveraged and/or inverse funds. I understand the risks of using these funds and accept it. I have now learned to use such funds to my benefit and removing my ability to use them is wrong My broker gives notice of the risk and warns that these funds are different from stock long stock ETFs. Additionally such notice is given each time you place a trade with one. That is enough warning. If you insist to require some modification of the present situation regarding these funds perhaps require direct phone consultation broker-client before client begins trading these. Further government intrusion into the broker-client relationship by attempting to impose more regulation is overbearing and onerous.

Sincerely Yours,
CFP
